PURPOSE
This Code of Ethics defines the ethical principles, standards of conduct and responsibilities that guide all activities carried out under the name and authority of the World Ju-Jitsu Corporation (WJJC). It applies to all affiliated members, instructors, officials, representatives and organizations operating within the WJJC system. The purpose of this code is to ensure that all activities reflect the values, integrity and responsibility that characterize the transmission of Kishidō Ju-Jitsu.
ETHICAL FOUNDATION
The WJJC is founded upon essential martial values, including:
responsibility
discipline
respect
integrity
institutional loyalty.
Within the WJJC, martial practice is understood as a path of discipline, personal development and collective responsibility. Training and teaching must always reflect the spirit of budō, rejecting any form of domination, abuse or personal exploitation.
CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY
All affiliated individuals are expected to:
act with honesty, integrity and responsibility
respect the dignity, safety and rights of others
preserve the credibility and reputation of the WJJC
comply with applicable laws and regulations
Any form of violence, discrimination, harassment, intimidation or abuse is incompatible with the principles of the WJJC.
AUTHORITY AND INSTITUTIONAL RESPECT
Members affiliated with the WJJC are required to:
respect the organizational roles and responsibilities defined within the WJJC
recognize the authority of appointed representatives and governing bodies
act in ways that support the unity and coherence of the organization
Titles, ranks and appointments are not personal property and may not be used for personal advantage or commercial exploitation without authorization from the WJJC.
TEACHING AND TRANSMISSION
Instruction conducted under the name of the WJJC must:
follow the approved technical principles and teaching methods of the Kishidō System
respect safety, legality and proportionality in training
present the discipline accurately and responsibly
Unauthorized teaching, certification or representation of the Kishidō System is not permitted.
PROFESSIONAL AND PUBLIC CONDUCT
Affiliated members are expected to maintain appropriate conduct in public, professional and media contexts.
They must:
avoid statements or behavior that may damage the reputation of the WJJC
clearly distinguish personal opinions from official institutional positions
use the name, symbols and logo of the WJJC only in accordance with official guidelines.
Professional conduct, respect and fair play must guide all public activities connected with the organization.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Members must avoid situations that may create conflicts between personal interests and their responsibilities within the WJJC. Any circumstance that may compromise impartiality, integrity or institutional responsibility should be communicated to the appropriate authorities within the organization. Transparency and accountability are essential to maintaining trust within the international network.
COMPLIANCE AND DISCIPLINE
Respect for this Code of Ethics is a fundamental requirement for all affiliated members. When necessary, the WJJC may review situations that appear inconsistent with these principles and take appropriate measures to protect the integrity of the organization. Such measures may include disciplinary actions, suspension or revocation of affiliations, certifications or official appointments.
ACCEPTANCE
Affiliation with the World Ju-Jitsu Corporation implies full acceptance of this Code of Ethics. All members are expected to understand and uphold these principles in their conduct, teaching and representation of the discipline. Failure to comply with these standards may lead to institutional review and appropriate action.

This Code of Ethics exists to safeguard the integrity, credibility and continuity of the World Ju-Jitsu Corporation and the Kishidō System. Ethics within the WJJC are not symbolic declarations, but guiding principles that shape conduct, responsibility and the transmission of the discipline.
