This patch is delivered to the national representative of a country. Not only is the National Technical Director the sole official representative of the World Ju-Jitsu Corporation in his country but also is he Direct Student of Soke Adriano Busà, founder and International Technical Director of the WJJC. The National Technical Director has the authority to decide or undertake any possible strategy or initiative in complete authonomy to promote his organization in his country. All students, black belts, technical officers, senior technical officers and executive officers of his country are under him.
