This patch is for the highest teaching level, that is the 3rd level. A Master is a Sensei of the WJJC and is qualified to teach the official programs of the World Ju-Jitsu Corporation up to his own Dan level. He's not allowed to teach the next Dan as he's still learning it and still has to get it after passing the grade before Soke Adriano Busà.
